Although there's still a week to go in January, I wanted to share next month's cookbook a little early, so those who want to participate can be all set for the 1st of the month. I have had the best time with month #1, and I'm looking forward to trying even more recipes in this next book now that I'm in the swing of things.
For February I chose The Sprouted Kitchen by Sara Forte. This book is chock full of healthy, whole-food recipes and includes both meat dishes and vegeatarian dishes, and some absolutely delicious-looking desserts. There are so many recipes I've already bookmarked, and as soon as this month is over I'm excited to dive right in.
You can buy it here, but if you're not planning on collecting the cookbooks as you go (I like to make notes in mine), the library is a great option!
