Weekend Links

Happy weekend friends! We are finally staying in town after what seems like a month of weekends away. Traveling and visiting family is so fun, but there comes a point where you just need to be at home. Grateful for a slow-paced weekend full of to-do list checks and good food.

This week I have a couple of fun things to share before we get into the links. The first thing is something I'm so excited about- my new bracelet gifted to me from Kendra Scott. They offer this neat service at their stores called The Color Bar, where you can go in and build your own jewelry (my pal Chelsea actually posted about it here). You can also do the same thing online which is what I did, since we live more than 100 miles from the nearest KS store. So awesome and the perfect Mother's Day gift. I also really connected with Kendra's story and was surprised to learn she actually started this business when she was pregnant and put on bed rest out of the spare bedroom of her house with only $500. Now, she's got a global jewelry brand...pretty inspiring right?

Here's the bracelet I designed, and I can't wait to go in with my Mom and have her design one too. So fun and I love that it's great on its own or can be worn layered too.
